(i) All items are made-to-order and shipped directly from Lulu, our printing partner.
(iii) You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

(i) We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
(ii) All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
(iii) Delivery times may vary but are estimated to take up to 18 business days from the date of shipment.
(iv) Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Costs

(i) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
(ii) Any applicable taxes or additional fees will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the following circumstances may cause delays:

(i) Natural disasters or severe weather conditions.
(ii) National or local holidays affecting shipping carriers.

(ii) We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
(iii) If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

(i) If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@taylahroberts.com with your order details and photos of the damage (if applicable).
(ii) We will work with Lulu and FedEx to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
